1. Order Cancellation & Modification Hepactiv orders are processed and shipped quickly. We cannot guarantee any cancellation or modification once an order is confirmed.
To request a cancellation or modification, contact us immediately at contact@hepactiv.com. Subject line: "Cancel My Order" or "Modify My Order." Body: your full name and order number.
No cancellation is possible once your order has been picked up by our warehouse or is already in transit. If your package has already shipped, wait for delivery and follow the return procedure below if applicable.
2. Returns & Refunds Cutting Drink Mix is a dietary supplement meant for consumption. For health and safety reasons, any product whose packaging or seal has been opened, used, or altered is permanently excluded from any return, refund, or exchange.
Any return of an opened or used product will be automatically refused and sent back to the sender at their own expense, with no refund issued.
Accepted return conditions (UNOPENED product only), within 14 days of delivery: request made within 14 calendar days of receiving your package, product unopened with original seal intact and labels attached, product unused and in perfect condition, proof of purchase included.
3. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (opened product) Cutting Mix works over time. Many people notice fewer cravings within the first few days, but the full effect, steady energy and consistent blood sugar balance, builds with 2 to 3 weeks of regular use. That's why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, with no product return required, for cases of genuine dissatisfaction.
This guarantee applies to customers who have used the product as directed for a minimum of 3 weeks without noticing any benefit. In that case only, a refund request will be reviewed case by case, provided you supply a detailed description of your use, your order number and proof of purchase, and any information confirming regular use.
No request submitted before 3 weeks of regular use will be accepted. Hepactiv reserves the right to accept or decline any request that does not meet these criteria. Items purchased with a significant discount code or as part of a promotional bundle may be subject to specific conditions.
4. Return Procedure (unopened product) Send your request to contact@hepactiv.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. Our team confirms eligibility and provides you with the return address. Ship the item with a trackable service, for orders over $50 we recommend shipping insurance.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. The item remains your responsibility until received by us. Packages without a tracking number cannot be processed.
5. Refund Processing Once we receive your return, or approve your 60-day guarantee request, we carry out a verification. You'll receive an email confirming either approval of your refund, or rejection if conditions were not met.
If approved, your refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation before the order has shipped.
6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, check your account, contact your bank (refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days to post), then your card issuer. If you still see nothing, email us at contact@hepactiv.com with your order number.
7. Exchanges Exchanges are only granted if the product received is defective or damaged upon delivery, with a claim submitted within 14 days along with photos. No exchanges for opened or used products.

Article 1 — Definitions These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") are offered by Hepactiv, headquartered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, United States.
"Site" means the website www.hepactiv.com and all of its pages, exclusively owned by Hepactiv. "Products" means all dietary supplement products available for purchase on the Site. "Seller" means Hepactiv. "Customer" means any individual or business making a purchase on the Site.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer confirms having read and fully accepted these Terms.
Article 2 — Scope and Purpose Hepactiv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Site. The Terms applicable to the Customer are those in effect on the date of their order.
The Site offers online sales of dietary supplement products (Cutting Drink Mix, a powder mixed with water for daily consumption), intended to support metabolic and blood sugar balance. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Access to the Site is free. Purchasing a Product implies full acceptance of these Terms. Checking the acceptance box during checkout carries the same value as a handwritten signature.

Every request must include: first name, last name, email address, and order number.
Any claim must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your package. After this period, we may not be able to process your claim.
Article 4 — Ordering Process The Products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Site. Photos are for illustration only and may vary slightly from the actual products due to screen display settings.
The order process works as follows: the Customer selects the desired Product(s) and adds them to their cart; reviews the order on the "Cart" page; enters contact details on the "Information" page; selects a shipping method on the "Shipping" page; enters payment details and billing address on the "Payment" page (a promo code may be entered here); reviews a full summary and may still edit the order before finalizing.
The sale is finalized once the Customer clicks "Complete Order," accepts these Terms, and completes payment. The Customer is solely responsible for any errors entered during checkout.
Article 5 — Price and Payment Unless stated otherwise, prices on the Site are shown in US Dollars ($). Hepactiv reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect on the day of the order.
The Customer may pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Payments are secured through a certified payment provider. Hepactiv does not have access to the Customer's payment card details.
Hepactiv will retain order confirmations and invoices on a reliable and durable medium. These digital records are considered valid evidence between the parties.
Article 6 — Shipping Any shipping costs are shown to the Customer before payment.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation, with orders shipping within 24 to 48 hours. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by events outside Hepactiv's control (carrier delays, weather conditions, strikes, customs processing, etc.).
The Site may ship orders internationally. For deliveries outside the United States, the Customer is considered the importer of the Product and acknowledges that customs duties or import taxes may apply, for which Hepactiv is not responsible.
Upon receipt, the Customer agrees to inspect the package immediately and to contact Hepactiv at contact@hepactiv.com within 14 days if any issue is found. After this period, claims related to the condition of the package may not be accepted.
If a package is returned to Hepactiv (incorrect address, extended absence, mistaken refusal), the Customer will be contacted. Reshipping the package will require prepayment of new shipping costs, even for orders that originally included free shipping.
Package marked "delivered" but not received: the Customer must notify Hepactiv within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Customer service may request an official document from the carrier confirming the claim. Hepactiv will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable solution.
Article 7 — Return Policy Hepactiv offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions: Cutting Drink Mix is an ingestible dietary supplement, sealed for safety. For health and hygiene reasons, the Product must be returned unopened, unused, with its original seal intact and labels attached. Any product whose packaging or seal has been opened or altered is excluded from return, refund, or exchange for any reason.
Any return of an opened or used product will be automatically refused and returned to the sender at their own expense, with no refund issued.
Return procedure: contact customer service at contact@hepactiv.com within 14 days of receiving your package; complete and send the return request; return the unopened Product with its original seal intact to the address provided by our customer service team.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Without tracking, Hepactiv cannot be held responsible for a lost return package. Return shipping costs are the Customer's sole responsibility.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of Hepactiv receiving the returned Product, and only after verifying the return meets these conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Hepactiv reserves the right to delay the refund until the returned Product is actually received.
Article 8 — Commercial Guarantee Hepactiv offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. Because the benefits of Cutting Drink Mix build with regular use, this guarantee applies to an opened product only in cases of genuine dissatisfaction, provided the Customer has used the Product as directed for a minimum of 3 weeks. Requests are reviewed case by case upon proof of purchase and evidence of regular use.
For an unopened, defective, or incorrect Product, claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Article 9 — Liability and Usage Precautions Hepactiv is not liable for failure to perform the contract due to force majeure or a fault of the Customer.
Cutting Drink Mix is a dietary supplement intended for oral consumption. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, especially medication affecting blood sugar, consult your doctor before use, as berberine may interact with certain medications. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Hepactiv shall not be held liable for: any direct or indirect damage resulting from use or inability to use the Site; malfunction, unavailability, or misconfiguration of the Customer's device; or slight visual differences between Products and photos shown on the Site.
Article 10 — Force Majeure Force majeure refers to events beyond the parties' control that are unforeseeable and unavoidable, making it impossible to fulfill contractual obligations. The occurrence of a force majeure event suspends the order's execution. If it persists beyond 90 calendar days, either party may cancel the order. No compensation will be owed in this case.
Article 11 — Intellectual Property All elements of the Site (text, visuals, logos, images, videos, etc.) belong to Hepactiv or are used with the permission of their owners. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent law. Any reproduction, use, redistribution, or exploitation of the Site's elements is strictly prohibited without Hepactiv's prior written consent.
Article 12 — Personal Data Hepactiv collects Customer data for processing and tracking orders, managing the customer relationship, and improving the Site and Products, including through cookies. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
Collected data is processed by Hepactiv's contracted service providers (logistics, delivery, Shopify Inc. hosting) and retained for a maximum of 5 years from the last interaction. The Customer has the right to access, update, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their data, exercisable at contact@hepactiv.com.
Article 13 — Comments and Customer Reviews By submitting a comment or review on the Site, the Customer grants Hepactiv the right to edit, publish, distribute, and use this content in any media, without restriction or compensation. Hepactiv reserves the right to remove any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any comments they post.
Article 14 — Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms supersede any prior written or verbal agreement between the parties.
Article 15 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to first contact Hepactiv customer service at contact@hepactiv.com to seek an amicable resolution.
Hepactiv reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of attempted fraudulent purchases or use of a stolen or falsified payment card.
